Pastoral Care Team

The Pastoral Care Ministry’s responsibilities are to coordinate meals, visitations, and opportunities for communion and prayer for members of our congregation that need company, comfort, and a “helping hand”.

They accomplish this by calling members of our congregation to help supply and deliver meals to those homebound, ill and/or recovering; by arranging for visits to homes, hospitals, nursing homes, etc.; by Helping Hands – individuals in our congregation or community that could offer assistance for various needs in and around a home when the individual is unable to do them his/herself; and by arranging for visits from the Lay Eucharist Team to bring communion from our church service to those who cannot be present at our service.

Team meets as needed.
