Mutual Ministry

The purpose of the Mutual Ministry Committee is to provide candid and confidential feedback to the Pastor concerning his leadership and ideas, as well as any issues that may be of concern to the congregation. The committee serves as a support to the pastor as well as another conduit for members of the congregation to supply feedback to the pastor (often anonymously) regarding any concerns related to congregational life. It should be noted that the committee has no formal authority and that, by definition, it serves purely in an advisory capacity. The committee will be re-activated upon the call of our next pastor. Committee members generally serve three years, and are approved by Council. The congregation is encouraged to bring to any committee member any ideas and/or concerns that they would like to have addressed.
